Welcome to the fully hybridized future of McLaren, a world where sustainability and speed seamlessly coexist in the form of the Artura supercar. The Artura marks the debut of a first-for-McLaren compact, twin-turbocharged V6 engine designed to combine with an electric motor. The HPH V6 powertrain gives the performance of McLaren’s larger capacity V8 engines with improved torque at low revs. You also have the option of electric-only, emission-free driving when you’re in the city. The new hybrid twin-turbo engine produces 671 horsepower and 531 lb-ft of torque. This supercar benefits from weight-saving technology and is the first McLaren to sit atop the new Carbon Lightweight Architecture (MCLA). Inside, the Artura carries on McLaren’s well known functional approach with a minimalist cabin, a limited amount of switch gears and button-free steering wheels. Infotainment includes a touchscreen Bluetooth connectivity, built-in navigation, SiriusXM satellite radio, and a selection of audio equipment. Drivers who seek to keep their car as light as possible will prefer a stereo with fewer speakers while others might want to upgrade to a more powerful – yet heavier - surround-sound system.
